JLWTEC LLC does not provide refunds for failure to pass a certification examination.

Enrollment and payment for JLWTEC LLC cybersecurity training services are for the training program and associated instructional services. A student's failure to achieve a passing score on a certification examination does not constitute grounds for a refund.

JLWTEC LLC is committed to supporting students in their efforts to successfully obtain their cybersecurity certification.

If a student completes the applicable JLWTEC LLC training program but does not pass the certification examination, the student may retake the applicable training at no additional training charge until the student passes the certification examination, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.

The student may retake the training in either:

• Virtual training, or
• Onsite training, subject to scheduling and availability.

To remain eligible for the training retake benefit, the student must:

• Complete the original JLWTEC LLC training program.
• Take the applicable certification examination.
• Provide documentation of the unsuccessful examination attempt upon request.
• Notify JLWTEC LLC of the unsuccessful examination attempt.
• Schedule the additional training with JLWTEC LLC.
• Participate in the training and comply with JLWTEC LLC's attendance and participation requirements.

The certification retake benefit applies to JLWTEC LLC training services only.

Students remain responsible for all certification examination fees, examination vouchers, testing-center fees, travel, lodging, meals, and other costs charged by third parties or the applicable certification organization, unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by JLWTEC LLC.

JLWTEC LLC provides training and additional training opportunities under this policy but does not guarantee that a student will pass a certification examination.

The student's ability to pass the examination may depend on factors including preparation, individual performance, experience, study time, and the requirements of the applicable certification organization.

The guarantee provided by JLWTEC LLC is a training retake opportunity, not a guarantee of a passing examination score.

When a student elects to repeat training onsite, the additional training is subject to instructor and facility availability.

Any travel, lodging, meals, transportation, facility-related expenses, or other third-party expenses associated with onsite training are the student's responsibility unless JLWTEC LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

If the applicable certification organization changes the examination objectives, content, format, or certification requirements, JLWTEC LLC may require the student to participate in the version of the training that corresponds to the current certification examination.

The training retake benefit is available only to the student who originally enrolled in and completed the JLWTEC LLC training program. It may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or given to another individual.

Retake training must be scheduled in advance with JLWTEC LLC and is subject to instructor, course, and facility availability.

JLWTEC LLC reserves the right to establish reasonable scheduling requirements for repeat training sessions.

By enrolling in JLWTEC LLC cybersecurity training, the student acknowledges and agrees that:

1. No refunds are provided because a student fails a certification examination.
2. An eligible student who does not pass the certification examination may repeat the applicable JLWTEC LLC training, virtually or onsite, at no additional training charge, subject to this policy.
3. The training retake opportunity continues until the student passes the applicable certification examination, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
4. JLWTEC LLC does not guarantee that the student will pass the certification examination.
5. Certification examination fees and other third-party expenses are the student's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
